Reactivate services

We have adopted a customer-oriented approach, further developing our services on the basis of our experience to satisfy all our employers’ needs:

  • Recruitment advice and support: a dedicated Reactivate adviser follows each company to ensure tailored support and services.
  • Vacancy management: our user-friendly and flexible online Platform ensures an easy job, apprenticeship, traineeship posting; the job profile can be enriched with a company profile, to help companies better reach their target.
  • Recruitment and Placement of Pre-screened Candidates: Reactivate advisers assist employers to identify their staffing skills requirements and then match the position and workplace requirements to participants' skills, capabilities, interests and experience.
  • Applications and interviews management: employers can create and manage their own applications’ database, schedule interviews, access shortlisting service and follow the entire recruitment process.
  • Training and up-skilling of selected candidates: all our candidates are supported in the preparation of their mobility project and additional on-the-job training development plans can be provided if necessary.
  • Training incentives: financial incentives are offered to SMEs to offset the costs of providing on-the-job training and integration support to their newly hired workers. The administrative procedure to request financial incentives is entirely managed online.
  • Workplace Support: Reactivate provides on-going support in the workplace by monitoring job placements with the worker and the employer.

Financial incentives for SMEs

SMEs who hire a mobile candidate for a job, apprenticeship or traineeship can receive a financial benefit (flat-rate) to cover some of the costs of an integration programme for the newly hired worker. An integration programme entails the provision of induction training (job-related training and/or language course), possibly combined with other post-placement support (such as administrative support and resettlement assistance), with the aim of easing the integration into the new work environment.

The fixed amount is based on the country and the nature of the training provided.
